Warranty and Support

Warranty is the part of buying electronics that people think about least until something goes wrong. Understanding it before you buy makes a real difference to how smoothly any problem is solved. This article explains what a warranty typically covers, what it does not, and how to get help from us if you need it.

What a warranty is

A warranty is a promise that a product will work as intended for a stated period. If it fails because of a manufacturing fault, the product is repaired or replaced. The terms for each item are listed on its product page, and they apply from the delivery date, so keep your order confirmation as your proof of purchase.

What is usually covered

  • Faults that come from how the product was made, such as a button that stops working, a battery that will not charge under normal use or a port that fails without damage.
  • Defects that appear during normal, careful use within the warranty period.

What is usually not covered

  • Accidental damage such as drops, cracked screens and bent connectors.
  • Liquid damage, unless the product is clearly rated for water exposure.
  • Normal wear, including gradual battery ageing, scratches and worn cable jackets.
  • Damage from unofficial repairs, opened casings or unsuitable power sources.

This is not about being difficult. Warranty exists to protect you from faulty products, not to replace insurance for accidents. If you want extra peace of mind, read the section on extended cover below.

Keep the basics safe

Hold on to your order confirmation, the box and any accessories until you are sure the product works well. Many claims move faster when the original packaging is available, since shipping a product back safely depends on it. Take a quick photo of the serial number or model label when it arrives; it is easy to lose later.

How to raise a claim with us

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or through the store contact page with your order number.
  2. Describe the fault and when it started. Photos or a short video help a great deal.
  3. Follow our guidance. We may ask you to try a simple fix first, such as updating firmware, using a different cable or resetting the device.
  4. Return or inspection. If the fault is confirmed, we arrange the next step under the product's warranty terms.

Troubleshoot before you claim

A surprising number of faults are not faults at all. A device that will not charge may have a worn cable, a weak adapter or a dirty port. Before raising a claim, try another cable, a different socket and, if possible, another charger. Our guide to cables and chargers explains why the combination matters. Restart the device and check for updates. If it still fails, you have a clear description to give us.

Extended warranty

If you want longer cover on a valuable item such as a watch or headphones, the Extended Warranty adds protection beyond the standard period, with the option of one or two years of cover. It is worth considering for products you plan to use daily and keep for a long time. Read the terms on its page so you know what it adds and what it still does not cover.

Returns versus warranty

These are two different things. Our returns policy allows you to send back unused items in original packaging within 14 days if you simply change your mind. Warranty deals with faults that appear later. If something is faulty on arrival, tell us straight away and we will handle it as a priority, rather than waiting for the return window to close.

Power problems in Pakistan

Voltage fluctuations and sudden outages are common, and they cause real damage to electronics. Plugging valuable devices into a surge protector such as the Surge Protector Strip is a cheap way to avoid a failure that no warranty will cover. Good habits, like unplugging chargers during storms, matter as well.

Be wary of cheap accessories

A very cheap charger or unbranded cable can overheat, fail early and, in the worst case, damage your phone. If a device was damaged by an unsuitable accessory, that can affect warranty coverage. It is worth using proper accessories from the start.

Speaking to us

We confirm every order on WhatsApp, and that same conversation is a good place to continue if you need help later. Tell us what you are using the product for and what has happened; the more specific you are, the faster we can help. Cash on delivery means you can inspect the box and the product on arrival, and flag any visible issue immediately.
